Yes and no. This is a rock-bottom rate for this property which may be found during Vegas' slow season for tourism. I've stayed here numerous times. A 5 minute walk to The Strip and spacious, immaculate suites. Add the resort fee (which is now at virtually all Vegas hotels, big and small) and you have yourself a fine deal.
